She is passionate about the intersection of food, well-being and connection with self and with others.

Jen is the “emotional-eating whisperer” and is masterful at helping people renegotiate life-long challenging relationships with food through self-discovery, healthy and delicious food and actionable strategies and practices that help to un-ravel self-judgement, re-store self-confidence and re-claim our natural capacity for a guilt-free enjoyment of eating.
