What’s Possible
I believe in a world where women spend more of their creative energy & life force, living well with family & friends. Fueling their engagement with community & work callings. While eating a broad range of foods to support their Hearts and the life they deeply desire.

Hey There
I am Jen. My work life changed from making donuts to cardiac dietitian in 2000. Not going to lie, the skill sets did not overlap. With the massive change in career and moving to a new city, I found myself sneaking Ben & Jerry’s daily….and get this…I lived alone.
Through working with cardiac patients and allowing myself some grace, I discovered the foundation to life long heart health change.
Allow me to walk you through to your “just right” food list, seasonal menu list, calming practices and confidence in your heart.
Putting my experience to work for you…
